Can’t get here? Don’t worry…we’ll come to you. In addition to the classes at our Center, we offer programming at a wide range of sites throughout the community—including city recreation centers, public housing, after-school programs, and schools. We’ve conducted poetry slams in public housing, created life-size self-portraits with girls at risk of gang involvement, painted furniture at Kids Making It microenterprise woodworking program, run a multidisciplinary summer workshop through the YMCA, facilitated an African drum and dance intensive during spring break at a year-round elementary school…and much, much more.
