The Life of 5
5 years ago I stayed home from school, hoping to forget my existence.
5 days ago I was stuck in a haze of smoke and delirium.
5 minutes ago I was riding in a car surrounded by a whirlpool of rain droplets.
5 seconds ago I took in another breath to continue my existence.
Right now there could be no safer, warmer more cheerful place I could be.
5 seconds from now I hope to take in another breath.
5 days from now I want to be away from this, these people who reign over me.
5 years from now I hope we all evolve into our own new people.

What they see when they see me is…
Another girl with an identity complex
That never once thought of glancing back.
Their eyes so clear and transparent.
The thought poisoning and setting among
The others, of a simple and dear
Child of the Earth
What could possibly sink in deeper
Than a first impression.

On Photography
For Sara, photography is a perfect outlet to find the beauty hidden among the everyday. She’s rather fond of the odd and the unordinary and exploits all angles. She likes animals. But not bears. They know what they’ve done.
